What type of diet do u have during the whole week..Put age in comment, and why you feel you eat that way!!!
I purposely pack veggies in my lunch to make sure I'm actually eating them at least once a day. I also think it is very important for me personally to get some protein into my body in the morning. Fruit is easy for me, my breads and pastas are typically whole grain, and I break my meals up into about 4, but the food goes unhealthy from there. I only drink water when I'm at work and dessert has always been a normal part of my life and sometimes I feel like a meal is incomplete without a little treat.
I'm vegan so I'm super aware of what I'm eating and how foods affect me. I always start the day off really well. Quinoa and a smoothie with berries & greens for breakfast, and then I'm pretty set for the day. I mostly snack on fruits/veggies and whole grainy things with peanut butter or other complete proteins, and then have another healthy meal at some point during the day. But I have a sweet tooth so I bake fairly frequently. I figure that's ok as long as you get everything else you need in and you aren't just subbing empty calories for real food.
