I think the definition of pedophilia should be changed. The 18 age is too old. If both parties are willing it should be ok from 13 up. Rape is rape at any age.
That never the definition of pedophilia. Sex with a person under 18 (or 16) is commonly referred to as "statutory rape", although that is rarely the actual legal term. But there is no crime called Pedophilia at all.
