    If someone's poor and doesn't have enough money to pay the fine, then you take their stuff. Did you forget about my stance on the death penalty? If someone shoots someone for seemingly no reason, then to the guillotine they go.

        Well, you'd start by taking their property, and if it's a large enough fine, perhaps their house would be taken.
