    So... an eye for an eye XYXY? The law of retaliation? What if someone is falsely accused? A person can be let out of jail, but they can't be brought back from the dead... or get their eye back.

      Agreed there would need to be absolute certainty but isn’t that why people wait on death row often for years before they are killed?
