Firstly some people identify as a third gender, being attracted to all of these would be trisexual. Bisexuals and trisexuals differentiate between genders in their attraction but are attracted to both, pansexuals do not differentiate. Sexuality is very a complex thing.
Bisexuals view men and women differently even froma sexual point of view and are attracted to traits in each. Pansexuals are attracted to men and women in exactly the same way and view them as the same sexually.
