What does quiet or outgoing have to do with anything? I'm both. Most people I know are both, depending on environment. Only very few people I know are extremes in this regard.
But quiet and outgoing are not hardly the most important personality traits, they're pretty easy characteristics to dismiss if you like the person otherwise.
