ABSTAIN UNTIL THEY CAN GET A JOB AND PAY TAXES! I'm sick of seeing "oops babies" being born when mommy and daddy are sophomores and juniors in high school. We taxpayers usually support those "oops babies" ( no offense) and mommy and daddy for the first 9 years of their lives. Its a statistic.
