I never thought teenagers should be fooling around with their clothes off. I'm one of those types who still believes that teens should wait, find the right person, and save the sex for marriage, or at least until they both are engaged, and know that the wedding is definitely on and staying on. There's just too many consequences, and God forbid they end up pregnant when kids(teens) should not be raising kids.
