Peeing the bed on a school camp when I was about eleven because I was too shy to use the shared girls' toilet.
Riding my bike to the video rental store to return a couple of videos so I was holding them with with one hand and controlling my bike with the other and when I went down a gutter near the store I lost control and ended up falling off my bike and the videos went flying out of my hand. Only a couple of people saw me as it was in the morning. I ended up with a graze on one of my palms.
