The first time I ever took a piss at a urinal in school (I was about 5), I wasn't quite sure how you were meant to do it and I pulled my trousers down right to the ground. Everyone laughed at me :(

That's a hard one. I've had many embarrassing moments in my life.
One that sticks out is that I was playing in a band concert at school that required long black pants, and all I had at the time was an older pair of black corduroy pants, so I wore them. I noticed something was off when I turned around and heard people snickering, then turned around to find them looking at me. I looked around, and a huge patch of my pants had ripped right on the ass, exposing my bright colored underwear. I've never trusted corduroy ever since.

Asking a girl for sex who I thought I had mutual attraction for. A friend of hers I overheard saying she broke up. So I asked her and she turned pale, said it was illegal and walked away despite my protests. It was not illegal she was 17 and the age of consent was 16 and she thought it was 18. Yea, it's estimated only about 1 % of male population can perform such a feat. I know that after a long day of being active, and warm and or not so the body has gotten all the early morning kinks out of the body. I was surprised when I finally noticed her standing in doorway. Peeing the bed on a school camp when I was about eleven because I was too shy to use the shared girls' toilet.
Riding my bike to the video rental store to return a couple of videos so I was holding them with with one hand and controlling my bike with the other and when I went down a gutter near the store I lost control and ended up falling off my bike and the videos went flying out of my hand.
