VlogBrothers (and all the other channels run by John and Hank Green), zefrank1, charlieissocoollike, Vsauce (and Vsauce2 and Vsauce3), numberphile (and all the other channels run by Brady), 1veritasium, CGPGrey, LizzieBennet, TheAmazingAtheist. Those are my absolute favourite channels at the moment. If I had to pick just one I'd pick Ze Frank or the VlogBrothers, they have the absolutely most amazing communities and content.
I also like nerimon, Smosh and CollegeHumor, although I find those to be "hit or miss".
