  • Wild game is superior in my opinion. Homemade deer sausage is the best. Barely any fat, super lean and packed with flavor. Partridge and rabbit are also good, I usually take the breasts or meat and dice it up, soak in a brine solution for 8-12 hours and then cook in a crock pot or frying pan with Montreal chicken spice.
