Personality. I am a people person and have been told I am easy to get along with and to talk to. I seem to be a very approachable guy and I am not intimidating in a scary way. People like to open up to me because most of the time, cannot say 100%, but am not even judgmental.
Thank you. There are plenty of us out there, just have to take the time to find them and get to know them. A lot of people seem to be unapproachable but once you can spark a conversation and keep it going, you will learn to love the personality of others.
