Humans are programmed to have big, powerful egos. As a result, it takes a lot of maturity and self-awareness to be honest about our own defects. I think it might be more worthwhile to ask people what they like least about themselves and then ask them to go out tomorrow and try and make that aspect better.
I think people on this site have had more than enough opportunities (and taken more than enough of them) to own up to their flaws. I know I've done quite a bit of "owning up" since being here. People are so down on themselves these days, it's good to remember the positive things once in a while
I think there is room for both questions here. And many have found a way to give me both a strength, and a weakness. However, I wanted to see positive traits.
