Personality wise: My rigidity. I don't like to quit. I'll allow myself to take a different path or detour but I won't just throw away the cause completely. I've never dropped a class for it being too hard, I've never quit a job, I just couldn't. I like to see things through until the end. In my mind, I have to. I have no other option. When something becomes non-optional to me, then it's just that: my only option.
In addition to that, I don't want to be seen as a failure. I don't want my Mom to have to have a daughter who got pregnant before she got an education, I don't want people to see me as a failure, I want to be the one person in my family who did it the right way as opposed to having babies, multiple baby-daddies, drug addictions and years of strife before getting their lives together. My Mom has had a lot of disappointment in her life and her family looks down on her and I want her to be able to say that her daughter, unlike theirs, is a college educated woman with a normal, healthy family and a good rapport. I value my sense of shared shame.
Looks wise, I've been told that my ass is my best feature. Many times. I don't have your typical flat white girl ass. It's round but not overly huge. I guess.
