The last time I attempted it I left out the kneading and tossing...

I put yeast in it and waited for it to rise like bread. It didn't. Then again, I was out of rice flour so I mixed what I had with coconut flour. The coconut flour soaked up almost all of the moisture and after it had baked, its subtle sogginess cause it to break apart:/
Its ok, everything's ok, you tried. Here I have something that'll cheer you up!
