    Swiss Gruyère
    Mozzarella
    Gjetose
    Brie
    Havarti

    There was this delicious fresh Goat's milk cheese I had in my Roman hotel, but I can't remember exactly what the cheese was. I don't think it was Feta. It was a lovely smooth ball of love.
