Depends on my mood but anything potato-based is a win. Good mashed potatoes are almost orgasmic. But cheese is and always has been my God. I mean good cheese, as opposed to processed nonsense. My local cheese (Cheshire) is lovely because of the local soil, which gets into the grass, which gets into the cows. However nice shop-bought Cheshire is, though, getting it straight from a farmer/cheesemaker is a revelation. You've never tasted cheese until you've bought it directly from a cheesemaker who keeps his own herd.
