What is your favorite boating sport?

I've been invited to a big gathering at a lake this summer. I'm an older guy and there will be lots of 20 something's there. Although I usually slalom behind a boat, I've always been up for whatever they throw in the water - I'll ride it. What is your favorite sport being pulled behind a boat? Comment with fun stories.......

    Err. Out of all those I've only done inflatable tube. And that too several years ago. I would prefer wakeskating because I used to skateboard in my teens so at least there would be some familiarity. Or so I believe

    I would also flyboard in a heartbeat. Even though I might need to smash headfirst into the water a billion times before getting the hang of it.
