What is your diet?
I'm 22 and a male and I, for the past 14 years, follow a raw vegan diet (meaning I only eat plants or plant based things or minerals, and I don't cook anything I eat) I'm 6'5", 220 pounds, 10% body fat. I definitely consider myself healthy (hello ego), I'm very active, strong nails, thick hair, clear skin, but if I wanted to be a near perfect 100% health machine, I'd definitely incorporate fish and maybe a chicken breast or an egg once a week. I don't believe humans are supposed to be vegan in this day and age of our evolution, buuuuuut I'm a puss and can't bring myself to eat meat. Would I be healthier if I ate a fish or some chicken a few times a month? Duh, probably.
What's your diet? And why? Since when? Yadda yadda.
