    Honestly? I really dont know about a 2 or 3 I guess but thats only because I don't care anymore, this happens I'll go through months where I don't really take care of myself I don't shave, get my hair cut ect, but on the other hand I've lost 2 stone recently and I know that when I'm out of this rut I can get back to being average, and I'm cool with being average
