What is wrong with someone who acts this weird? (read discription)

Someone who is very out of control and has been lying since they were very very young. Has terrible thoughts and songs can be tormenting in their head. Has this fear everyone is reading their mind. Asks crazy questions and tries to kill themselves if they hear an answer they don't agree with. Avoids everyone over a fear that they knew lies that were said. Is afraid to say what's going on in their head because they are afraid someone will kill them. Is afraid of spirituality because of bad dreams. Therapists seem to not know what is wrong. Please choose an option for what this means in your opinion or fact.

    I can see why this would be hard to diagnose because there are symptoms of different things going on at once, which is pretty common for somebody with a mental disorder. I know quite a bit about psychology since I have been a patient myself most my life so this is what I notice in your description.

    Pathological lying with guilt about lying
    Paranoid and superstitions thoughts
    Irrational depression with suicidal reactions

    My guess?
    test for schizotypal and borderline personality disorders. Sounds like a mix of them. If not it's sounds like some kind of mixed personality disorder.

      This girl is a friend of mine who is in her 20's.
      She is insane! She literally makes up crazy stories,
      that nobody would ever even imagine making up.
      She has horrible thoughts, fears, and no cause.
      She does extremely bizarre things because of her
      weird fantasies. I tell her she's crazy and she
      get's all evil on me.

          Her father run away when she was 14.
          She was bullied in school.
          People were mean to her.
          She did something silly in 1st grade that
          caused her to ruin her reputation all throughout
          the rest of her school years.

    I know someone with very similar symptoms (some identical) but it's drug-induced psychosis, he wasn't born like it.

    Therapists or doctors must have suggested meds yeah, like Seroquel or some other antipsychotic?

      Can you explain a little more about the person you know? How does he act or what does he do.

        Basically has quite severe paranoia.

        He believes people are always after him & can always get to him, even when he's surrounded by people & inside his own home, a police station or anywhere else obviously safe.
        Despite being a strong guy he can be reduced to tears at the thought of that.
        Thinks that everyone is in on this plan to hurt him, be it police, doctors, friends, some family members.
        Asks questions but won't believe the (truthful) answers he's given.
        Believes he sees people that he knows & that are after him.
        Sleeps with a knife under his pillow.

        Has told me he stole from a bikie gang when he was younger, a mate ratted him out to them & this is the basis of a lot of his fear.
        Not sure whether that is true, I didn't know him at that time but he's the sort of person where there is a definite possibility of it being a true story but if it did happen it was maybe 12 years ago.

            Alright, the first thing you would want to do is to distance yourself. Be a friend but don't help her with anything unless she asks. She seems like a pyschopath, or would turn into one later. I would know, I am one myself!
