What is wrong with our relationship?

i have a boyfriend, and he is almost everything i need and want: sweet, opinionated, strong, caring and all things.. or maybe not all things but i love him so much. the problem i have with him that is always bothering me is that he doesn't want to have sex with me. i mean from the first month, we got to the level i shed our clothes ( or his pants) when he stopped me and told me he doesnt want to have sex yet. he is a virgin and he wants to do it at the right time. the issue had been surfacing and sinking in our discussions because i'm getting sexually frustrated myself. i am sure he is not gay, as with my almost a year out with him proves that, and you can tell a gay from a straight, seriously. i just dont get why i am rejected. i may not be the prettiest girl but nobody ever told me i am ugly. i am quite smart and a perfect sweetheart (he can prove that). I tried from not being clingy to break up with him but to no avail...can anybody help?

Maybe something is wrong with his penis and he's afraid you don't like it.

He really wants to wait. You need to stop pressuring him and become more confident. If you want sex give it to yourself don't rush him because then you will feel like a bitch

Have you asked him outright when the 'right time' is gonna be? Is he the sort of guy who wants to wait for marriage? If so, you just have to decide if you're dedicated enough to the relationship to wait that long. Also, if you keep pressurin him he might start feeling even more nervous, and want it even less. Hope it works out for you : )

yes i did ask him that...when should it be? is he somewhat unsure or afraid of something? we have a lot of options if we dont want me getting pregnant. i dont pressure him a lot because i try to understand ( like a guy to a girl) that he is not ready or something...

It just depends on the guy when the right time is. A year seems like a long time, especially if youse love each other, but there's not much else you can do but wait, unless you want to get him drunk and try, but I wouldn't recommend it. It could be something as simple as him bein scared he'll underperform, or maybe he just loves you and is scared sex will mess up what you have.
