What is wrong with my sister?

She seems to always want the attention on her, and always wants to get her own way or she'll throw a fit. She's extremely hypocritical as well, an example would be if she's watching a tv show she'll tell me to be quiet so I will if I'm being too loud, if I'm watching a tv show and she's being noisy and if I tell her to be quiet she'll throw a big tantrum and leave and go into her room all upset. She's 17, she isn't a little child anymore so I don't understand why she's so immature. She always wants people to worry over her or fuss over her over tiny things, she thinks she's above everyone else and she can do whatever she wants but if someone asks her a small request she'll whinge and get upset.

It's really fucking annoying to deal with her, I can't put up with her bullshit anymore but I don't have the funds right now to leave home, until I can I'm stuck with putting up her stupid childish tantrums

    when i was a teenager i hate to say it i was like your sister. i hated myself. i was so stressed out and being bullied and i hated to be seen. just hated the way i looked. everything was a big deal to me. i had always been nice, but i could not do it at that time because of how i felt like i was going to cry all the time or in another made up world in my head. please be nice to your sister or you will make it worse. please be there for her.

    She sounds like an awful little narcissist, or perhaps she is afflicted with histrionic personality disorder, or even both. Then again, may she's just another annoying teenager. Try not to fight with her, but also don't let her manipulate you. It's okay to point out her stupid, and annoying hypocrisy to her face, but then again she just might throw another hissy fit.

    Make a plan. Focus on getting yourself together and get tf out as soon as you can!! It is time.
