Pretty much the whole thing, honestly. But, junior high and high school were by far the worst. I'm not even sure I even want to get into the details, as even talking about it is exhausting.
The gist of it is that I was misdiagnosed with Asperger's Syndrome, anxiety, and depression at around 12 or 13 and subsequently medicated with antidepressants and anti-anxiety meds that completely changed me into a depressed zombie with no energy, who always felt hopeless and constantly fantasized about death. I also gained weight on the meds and got made fun of for being fat, and I was already a dork everyone made fun of to begin with. I was treated like I was mentally retarded pretty much and told I was too stupid to recognize my own feelings, and that I'd never be able to take care of myself. I nearly ended my life because I was so miserable.
But, joke's on those doctors, teachers, and bullies. I'm now 25, highly successful for my age, am making it on my own just fine (and much better than the kids who they fawned over and compared me to by saying I should be more like them), I got off the meds, lost the weight, and got some confidence, and most of all am happy.
What is/was your hell in school?
