Seems a lot of Americans claim to be Irish or Italian, though. What they mean is that their lineage is Irish or Italian from a few generations back or whatever. It's really weird.
I mean you can live in America and still be Irish. Also if they live in mostly irish city and have family from Ireland and have irish traditions and culture. Why would you consider them not Irish? Of course they identity as that.
You going to tell that to the Mexicans in LA who only speak Spanish. Who have half thier family or grandparents from Mexico and listen to Mexican music and celebrate Mexican Holiday that they can not be Mexican becuase you thought you had the right to take their heritage away from them?
What is up with people all of a sudden identifying as another nationality?

Peak is going to Italy and telling them you're Italian...
Post covid goals.
I think it's because the US is relatively young and such a mixed bag. Still definitely the loudest though.

You're older than us...but we're also fairly loud.

Yep. You, too, are babies, even more so. It explains a lot of the loudness about origination in some places, but the US is especially bad.
AMERICA! FUCK YEAH!

Yes, if you ever left your house, I have no doubt you would be among the worst offenders.
