What is this static?

What does it mean to always see red static...I've seen it for as long as I can remember.. It doesn't impair my ability to focus or see..im just curious as to what it might mean.. Oh and the dots have gotten smaller and faster recently... Would love some feedback

    Sorry I wish I can help but I have no clue. The only thing I can think is maybe you're seeing the aurora?

    When does the static happen? Is it a memory or does it happen now, and does it happen constantly or a certain times?

    I sometimes get a weird white static image when i'm spacing out or my eyes are open for too long. However, I've never gotten any red static.
