What is this caused by?

I have been having these terrifying intrusive thoughts every day. I know i have a depressive disorder, I have a school youth worker or something and were working through it.

My thoughts are like the MRI scenes in Venom, and seems like they belong in a horror movie. I want to get your opinion on it.
