The two times I can think of a woman referring to another woman as a cocksucker they were both interestingly enough talking about their own mother in an extreme state of anger, and it’s definitely something that when you hear it it sticks with you which is why I thought to put it on the list. Slightly different but my cousin once threatened to punch another girl “right in her cocksucker” which I thought was very colorful and in its own way might top the list haha
