I just read this one online but some poor sod was working at McDonalds when an old man came in and demanded a “McDog” hotdog. On being told that McDogs aren’t real the furious old geezer threatened to get the cashier fired for “withholding products from me!”
The McDog is a real McDonalds product that does actually exist. I can see why a foreign person might ask for one, since some countries still serve them.
