This was a while ago but I was stood outside a pub on a backstreet having a cigarette and there was a guy passed out covered in vomit. He wasn't moving at all and no one seemed to be bothered in the slightest. An ambulance appeared at the end of the street and slowly started coming down manoeuvring around some packed cars with its sirens on full blast. Any way they parked as near to the guy as they could and got out and all of a sudden the guy got up really fast and stared at the paramedics for a moment before sprinting away like he was doing the 400m, one of the paramedics took of after him and the other got in the ambulance and chased them up the street, it was really funny to see.
