That is why they say you are not physically or psychologically well till you are around age 18,19,20s is when you pretty much finished sexually maturing. Children stretch and grow and become larger and wider when they hit puberty. Are you going to tell me it is a good idea for a 11 or 9 year old to be having sex? It really isn’t. Also kids are very stupid at that age. They may assume since he slept with me he loves me and I am his forever even though it never works that way.
What is the normal age to be sexually active, regardless of laws.
