    People only tend to use the word "breast" when there is something wrong. As in breast cancer. I have never heard anyone call it boob/tit cancer. I never really hear anyone use the word "breast" in normal conversation.
    I use "boob" because basically that's what I got brought up to say. Some people think the word "tits" is rude but personally don't mind that either.

        Doesn't offend me at all. I am not offended by words. I am just saying that based on the world's standards boobs is less offensive than tits. Tits is one of the 7 words you can't say on TV.

    It's a size based system. Boobs are usually big, whereas tits are generally small. :)

        Oww... I did not see this coming. :O I may have made that up. So it would make it a personal thing, rather than regional. I do use that, for others and even for my own. When they're swollen and bigger, I tend to call them boobs, when unaltered, tits. But I sometimes also say "big tits" when I see a pair. Damn! I really can't come up with any explanation. o.O *shrug*
