How smart can you possibly be for having a leftist vision that people are shaped only by individualism and completely ignoring their genotype, which obviously has an impact on them? It's more about cultural upbringing and education. Those things would effect how you perform on IQ tests.
There's no evidence to show that a certain race's brains are actually better, and more evidence against that.
