I rarely take calls. The last call that I remember taking was in the afternoon. I'm not going to take one early in the morning or late at night.
How early is too early though, and how late is too late?
In the morning, before 1o'clock. In the night, 8 o'clock is the latest that I'd be open to. Anything after that, there's the risk that I'll be too drowsy to carry on the conversation. I usually go to bed around that time.
