i remember about 4 years ago, they were talking on the news about -30 in north Dakota and about -36 in most of Minnesota. it was -10 that day for folks here in the st louis area.
about the coldest I've known. -10. happened a couple of times.
once, in 2007, i was up 6am headed to the bus stop for school. and again in 2010 or 2011, Both times in January. the second time, the bridge that connects our backyard and driveway (there divided by a creek with a cliff overlooking the creek. our backyard, besides what the house sits on, is a hill.) fell when water cracked the rock holding the bridge up.
What is the coldest temperature you've been exposed to?

I'm not surprised at 60.3 degrees. I've been in the upper midwest in the USA when it was at least 28 below zero.

I was suffering at 60.3, I can't imagine the temperature being lower.
