    35 with a t-shirt on -_-

    but in the single digit negatives.

      i was in a tshirt and shorts once when it was 38 degrees out, and wasn't cold in the slightest. surprised especially, cause the next day, it was about 35 and i was freezing in a coat, jeans, and long underwear!
