I don't know why you say "for women" energy drinks are energy drinks. I'm a girl and I like sugarfree redbull a lot and drink it before work all the time, maybe you'd like it too.

I love sugar free Red Bull it’s the only one that doesn’t work and isn’t gross and syrupy it takes me a long time to come down from it though if I don’t drink it before 8 am im usually up late that night.

The voting boxes are irrelevant to your post and if you feel sleepy at work you need to look at things like your diet, your sleep patterns and/or possible medical problems.

Doesn't coffee work to keep you functioning at work?

Too short-acting. Amphetamine's good for the long haul.

Honestly coffee is much more effective usually and doesn't give you a sugar crash. It usually has more caffeine unless you're drinking something unholy like 5hr energy. Gender is irrelevant to this..

There's no one energy drink that's better than them all. Try a few different brands and decide which you like best.

its not nice to sleep on the job , thats as bad as stealing money, It's not safe to use energy drinks , the only solution is to get all the sleep you need when you are not working. yea it cuts into playtime, we know that. would you want me to slice you open rested or after i have been up all night and drinking red bull to stay awake.

So-called 'energy drinks' are mostly detrimental for your health.

The best things to drink for a boost of energy, are citrus and fruit juices (not drinks), such as orange juice, or lemonade (but watch the sugar in the latter).
Unfortunately, the price of citrus juices has gone up, and the supply has gone down, because of the damage caused by recent crop diseases, hurricanes, and other adverse weather events, that has severely damaged the citrus crops, in many places.

Please note: It is not 'sugars' per se, that is the problem, because mostly everyone needs some amount of sugar in their diet. (Diabetics are a special case).
It is the types and amount of sugars that is the problem. It is mostly 'sucrose' and 'corn syrup', that is sometimes added to juices and especially drinks, that is mostly the problem. 'Fructose' (fruit sugar), is much better for your health, in moderation.
There are many other sugars, and you should really research these, and what physiological effects they have.
