    Bad tattoo: 19 and under.

    Okay tattoo: 20-25.

    Good tattoo: 25+

      I know plenty of people who would argue your age constraints. You're not magically more intelligent and suddenly make all the right decisions at any particular age, I know 30 somethings who get bad tattoos and people younger than me who get amazing ones. Maturity and good decision making doesn't have a certain number associated with it, it depends on the individual and their life, experiences and intelligence.

              Somebody here used to use this symbol:

              \s/

              to denote when they were being sarcastic. I'm sure that person wouldn't mind if anyone else wanted to use it too, but that would require the whole of IIN knowing what the symbol means.

                yeah dappled told me that once.
                I wonder though how many things are delivered with a degree of sincerity but when pulled up on, are then labelled a joke?
                One of those things shrouded in ambiguity that one has no hope of ever knowing.
