I know plenty of people who would argue your age constraints. You're not magically more intelligent and suddenly make all the right decisions at any particular age, I know 30 somethings who get bad tattoos and people younger than me who get amazing ones. Maturity and good decision making doesn't have a certain number associated with it, it depends on the individual and their life, experiences and intelligence.
