If you need to desperately try to convince people you don't care in order to convince yourself, do it, I guess.
It doesn't matter if you "needed" their experiences or not, you posted on an open forum and got responses. You didn't like the ones you got, which is a consequence of posting on an open forum. You don't get to dictate what people's answers are to you on here.
