If you're not calling them nasty or filthy because of germs, bugs, or bacteria, then is it just the thought process for you?. Did you know urine can or may actually have some beneficial effect on skin, and hair, there are cases where people stranded with out water drank urine to survive, and many civilizations actually used urine as mouth wash up until the 1800s, some still do, it supposedly kills bacteria and can have a whitening effect on your teeth.

In what way are genitals "filthy"?

That term is often used as a moral judgement, but it can also mean contaminated with dirt or microorganisms or having a bad smell. There aren't many people who drag their penis or vulva around on the ground, so I'll rule that out.

The fact that most people dress in ways that limits the air-flow around their genitals and how that part of the anatomy sweats as much as any other skin can mean that there's a bit of BO there if the person doesn't regularly wash the area, but it's generally not as strong as the armpits. Humans don't have the well-developed genital scent glands that some other animals do, but there can be at least a whiff of a particular odour there. Men who aren't circumcised and don't regularly clean under their foreskin can accumulate smegma which definitely has a scent, and some people find it unpleasant. Most vaginas have an odour too, but the strength varies between women and it is usually affected by various factors, including the woman's monthly hormonal cycle.

Not all researchers agree, but the general consensus is that humans are not born with brains that are hard-wired to instinctively like or dislike particular odours. If we find a particular scent appealing or disgusting, that's a response we learned, and learned responses can always be changed if we should wish to do so.

Assuming a person a person doesn't have an STI or some other illness, they regularly shower or bathe and they change their underwear daily, the genitals aren't particularly "filthy" in microbiological terms. Men will pick up germs on their hands during the course of their daily activities and these will probably be transferred to their penis when they urinate, but it's not like the skin of the penis is covered in pathogens. As a rule, women don't even directly touch their vulva when they're using the toilet, and the vagina is a self-cleansing organ, so the vulva and vagina are generally not heavily contaminated with potentially nasty germs.

If a person is healthy, their urine contains only a minimal number of microorganisms, so it's not like the genitals are a disgusting breeding ground for bacteria and viruses simply because urine exits the body there.

If you dislike Mexican food, that does not mean Mexican food is disgusting by any objective measure; it simply means that, for some reason, you dislike Mexican food. The fact that many people enjoy eating Mexican food and you're a person too means it would be entirely possible for you to learn to enjoy Mexican food if you chose to do so. Likewise, you could learn to appreciate the aesthetic aspects of penises or vaginas if you chose to do so.

I'm not sure why you flag up my mention of control, but I suspect it could be because "controlling" is - rightly - a very negative term when talking about relationships. Maybe you believe good sex is always about some mystical joining of souls BS where there's never any sort of power dynamic going on, or you have the idea that it should involve some sort of mind-melding.
