The point of spaghetti is to swirl it around the fork; you don't cut them in half to make smaller forkfuls, you spear less spaghetti
Sucking Cheetos dust off your fingers is amazing, but wearing gloves seems practical on some occasions
So I say cutting spaghetti in half
Be careful with wearing gloves to eat though, some are coated in powders
I cut spaghetti in half before cooking, but only because I have young children and it's easier for them to eat.
I wouldn't dream of doing it for myself. It's pretty savage.
