    Depends how long I want it to last. Short term, looks. Long term, personality. Forever, both.

        Probably means that if they're going to marry someone, that someone should have both the looks he's looking for and the personality that interests him.

        And I must agree, the attraction needs to be there as well as the compatible personality.

    Looks brings me in, personality makes me stay.

    But I'll say this. An average girl with a sweet sexy personality in turn becomes more than an average girl.

    Its kind of a chicken and egg scenario, because one without the other I wouldn't be interested very long. However, that being said, I picked looks. You could have a kind, hilarious, charming personality but if you look like Peter Griffin I'm not interested.

    I get sick of people saying I want someone "funny" but they're not going after guys that look like Patton Oswald the same people would rather go for the Brad Pitt type. Lying to themselves and everyone else.

    LOOKS and PERSONALITY
    How am'I suppose to like someone when I'm not attracted to them in the first place? I know it sounds mean, but if you were in a relationship and had to see the person every day and they don't exactly look "pleasing" then that would put me off =/

    Both. Personality is more important, but I would like her looks to be the kind that I find at least moderately attractive. I think this is reasonable.

    I would say that choosing one or the other is not being very realistic. For me personality matters more, but looks do matter too. I would guess my preferences are about 60% personality, 40% looks (maybe).

    They just have to look good, I dont like my bitches to talk anyway. As soon as I am done degrading them in unspeakable ways I chain them to a pole I have in my living room and gag them. Most of them never come back, but the ones that do are of the chain. Have you heard of a fuck machine? Damn these girls can take it.

    I have dated/considered dating guys that I didn't find initially all that attractive, physically. I will do it again in the future. What makes me STOP dating/considering is when they do something personality wise that makes me cringe.

    One of my friends was telling me about her bf she'd been dating for a while, and how nice he was and how she really cares about him and she's so lucky that she's with him, how good he is to her, then added "...but he's...so...ugly..."

    He's a little on the plain side, but in every other aspect, he's pretty damn perfect and she's really lucky to have him. And she knows that, this was almost a year ago and she's still with him.
