It's not something I'd do or have done to me regularly, but it's kind of a turn on purely because it's naughty. It's the idea, rather than the sensation. That said, if I was with somebody who had a questionable standard of hygiene, I wouldn't go there. I doubt I'd go anywhere, for that matter.
