    Both depending where your from.
    I do believe they refer ( correct me if im wrong) it as the whole sha bang in England.

    It's the penis, rather than the head. Why is why I call my friend a knob-end. That means the head.

    I have never worked out why we call people knob-rats in this city, though. Loads of us do it and none of us knows what it means apart from it being vaguely gay.

      Apparently the term "knob rat" can refer to a certain sort of knob you can attach to your steering wheel so you can drive with one hand. I'm not sure if all of them are knob rats (I saw one type that was called a "suicide knob"), or if it's just one kind.

      Either that, or it's a rat shaped like a penis.

        Oh my lord. If I saw a product called a "knob rat", I think I'd dissolve into laughter. I looked up what it meant here. Apparently it's someone (always male) who matches the supposed voraciousness of rats (i.e., "like a rat on a corpse") but who doesn't have to burrow through wood to get to what he wants because the wood itself is what he wants.

        P.S. Trouble sleeping?
