What if he leaves me? can i get a paternity test without him?

Hi, I'm 24 years old. My boyfriend and i have been dating for 3 years now. He jus got deployed to Iraq 2 weeks ago. One day we were joking around over the phone and i told him i was pregnant (but only kidding). And he said "if you were pregnant, its not mine". And i have NEVER cheated on him ONCE!! And i jus found out that I'm 2 weeks pregnant. What if he leaves me? What am i supposed to tell him? It's definantly his. there is no other possibility. Hes out of the country, so i can't get a paternity test can i? to prove it to him. i really need some help knowing what to do. and is it possible to get a paternity test without him?

    Get a judicial order if he bails but still lives in the US. Get a good lawyer. The judge will order a paternity test if he denies or challenges it. And can possibly order him to pay child support. Some States have laws that allow automatic garnishment of wages for child support.

    Is it possible that their might be hair of his still around the house? Paternity tests can be conducted with hair to my knowledge. Try finding some different hair around the house (on his pillow, in his brush, etc.) and using that in the paternity test.
