What if all animals had the intelligence of humans?

Like they could learn english and other languages to communicate with us and have the same empathy/feelings. Do you think we would still eat some or hold them captive and treat them like pets?

    Small insects would probably catch fire or starve. A human brain uses about 12 watts of power, I don't see how you're going to pack that into such a small container.

    This reminded me of George Orwell's novel. I don't think we would...it would be very strange to do so.
