I used to live next to an artillery range, man the dust was bad! Opening the windows made it worse! Plus the constant rattling of my house caused things to crumble, fall and peel faster than normal. I still, however, didn't barely ever dust! I hated living where I couldn't open a window! Only when it rained, it was OK. Backwards!

It's dusting for me too. I just open all the windows on a gusty day and let nature do what she will.
