There's this other practice that I got into a while back. It's called Zhan Zhuang. It's a type of standing meditation that's employed by martial artists. It forges new neural pathways that will allow you to generate full body strength and it also opens up all the meridians in the body to allow chi to flow through. It's a really powerful exercise. Extremely relaxing. Check it out. Make sure to do it correctly though, or there could be unintended consequences.
