  • Oatmeal w/maple syrup, apples & raisins for breakfast. For lunch I had a spring mix baby lettuce salad with chipolte & cheddar dressing. My dinner consisted whole wheat lasagna with spinach, mushrooms and turkey sausage and peaches & cream for dessert.

    My bunghole is grateful and thanks me for eating fiber rich foods!
